Are you aware of the location of any high value or important items in the property? If so, please provide as much information as possible about the location For example: a safe in the main bedroom wardrobe, jewellery in a bedside drawer, or documents in a kitchen cupboard. Please do not worry if you do not know the location of important items. The team will attempt to retrieve these items within the sorting phase of the job. However, we cannot offer a guarantee that we will find everything as we go through, especially in cases involving a large amount of clutter or hazardous contamination.
